Follow Friday, TGIF, and Book Blogger Hop (8/26/11)

Follow Friday is a weekly meme hosted by Parajunkee. It exists so bloggers can make friends and say "hi!".
In books like the Sookie Stackhouse (True Blood) series the paranormal creature in question "comes out of the closet" and makes itself known to the world. Which mythical creature do you wish would come out of the closet, for real?
UNICORNS! Anybody...anybody? Actually, there is that Amanda Ashley book where the hero is actually a unicorn prince in human form... What creatures are you rooting for?

TGIF is hosted by Ginger over at G-Reads, and it helps bloggers recap the week on their blog and answer a question.
Which genre, authors, or particular books do you think people associate with your reading style?
Paranormal Romance and Urban Fantasy are my comfort genres, but occasionally I drift into Historical Romance... pretty much everyone around the library where I work sees a book and assumes it mine if it's got a scandalous cover :]

The Book Blogger Hop is hosted by Jennifer at Crazy for Books. It's where bloggers connect via their love for books!
Non-book-related this week!! Do you have pets?
You bet! Back home, I have four hermit crabs [Larry, Moe, Straight, and Cinco de Mayo.... Number 4 had an unfortunate accident...]. Here in my dorm room, I have Sushi, the beta fish! He's a great attraction to passerby. Even though we're allowed to have fish, almost no body does! Though there is a girl upstairs with underwater frogs...

Have a great weekend!
